A report from The Associated Press has word that a Czech Republic appeals court has upheld the acquittal of Lamb Of God frontman Randy Blythe. Blythe was acquitted in the death of a fan he was alleged to have had interactions with onstage at a 2010 show in Prague, CZE. The fan sustained head injuries at the show which later claimed his life.
The state prosecutor sought to challenge the March 05th acquittal but the Prague High Court has upheld the verdict stating that their original decision is final.
