Court Documents For Stone Temple Pilots’ Suit Against Scott Weiland Now Available

The court documents for Stone Temple Pilots‘ suit against their fired frontman Scott Weiland have surfaced online via The Hollywood Reporter. The suit levels a number of charges against Weiland including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, violation of the Lanham Act, and declaratory and injunctive relief.

The suit claims that Weiland‘s breach of contract is worth over $2 million alone and goes on to state: “Without relief from the court, Weiland will continue violating STP’s rights, misappropriating STP assets and interfering with the band’s livelihood.”
