Emmure cut their set short in Moscow, Russia today (May 07th) after band frontman Frankie Palmeri was electrocuted onstage. Band guitarist Mike Mulholland tweeted:
“I’m so sorry to all of our Moscow fans who came to see us tonight, the stage was unsafe and electrocuted @FrankiePalmeri. We will make it up”
He further offered:
“…he will be ok but the stage wasn’t wired safely & shocked the shit out of him. A sad day for us but we’ll make it up.”
Band guitarist Jesse Ketive also took to his own Twitter, offering:
“Sorry we had to end early Moscow! We love you, but when Frankie gets electrocuted from the mic on stage.. Shows over.. We will be back!!”

Palmeri himself has tweeted on the matter:
“Sorry I almost literally died on stage tonight #Moscow. Getting zapped by 200 volts feels like shit. Ya almost got me tonight. #STILLALIVE”
