Revolver magazine have announced the details for their fifth annual ‘Revolver Golden Gods Awards‘. This years festivities will take place at Club Nokia in Los Angeles, CA on May 02nd. Pro wrestler/Fozzy frontman Chris Jericho will host the event, which will be broadcast through AXS TV and online through Xbox Live and Facebook.
Artists scheduled to perform at the event include Metallica, Five Finger Death Punch, Anthrax, Stone Sour, The Dillinger Escape Plan and Halestorm with more to be confirmed.
Rob Zombie will accept this years ‘The Golden God Award‘; Metallica will be honored with the ‘The Ronnie James Dio Lifetime Achievement Award“; and Black Sabbath‘s Tony Iommi will be presented with the ‘The Riff Lord Award‘.
