DevilDriver’s Dez Fafara Talks New Album, Potential New Material From Coal Chamber

DevilDriver/Coal Chamber frontman Dez Fafara opened up on the future of both the aforementioned bands recently in the below interview with 97.9 WGRD. He revealed that DevilDriver plan to have their new album in the can by late January and in stores around September of next year. He also went into detail regarding the bands decision to part ways with their longtime label home Roadrunner Records (the band have since signed with Napalm Records.)

Most interestingly though, it appears as though the other members of Coal Chamber are hoping to get Fafara onboard for another album. According to Fafara, some of the band recently sent him a number of new songs with hopes of having him contribute. Fafara since hit up his Twitter clarifying the bands current status however, offering:
