It would appear as though Randy Blythe may still be in custody for up to another ten days while conditions of his release are decided upon in Prague, Czech Republic. Metal Sucks got wind of a new article over at Blesk.cz that states as much. It goes on to mention that an international arrest warrant could be issued for Blythe if he violates the pending conditions of his release.
Blythe is expected to post $200,000 U.S. bail today, July 02nd, in order to eventually be released from custody following last weeks arrest on suspicion of manslaughter. The charges came in regards to the death of a 19 year old stage diver at a 2010 show the band played in Prague, CZE.
