Those in attendance at Thrice‘s penultimate farewell show last night (June 18th) at The Observatory in Santa Ana, CA were treated to a rather cruel end of tour prank. Having completed a 20 song set, Thrice left the stage, only to have tourmates O’Brother take to the stage for Thrice‘s encore with a rendition of Creed‘s “Higher“.
Thrice themselves later returned to the stage for 3 song encore that included a cover of The Beatles‘ “Helter Skelter“. Fan-filmed footage of the Creed cover can be found below:
