Periphery entered the studio today (November 21st) to begin recording their new album. The band will be filming much of the recording process with footage to appear online in the coming weeks. In the meantime band guitarist Jake Bowen had the following to say about the outing:
“We’ve got a ton of new songs ready that we can’t wait for you guys to hear. We’ll spend the winter in the studio with Taylor Larson (our good friend Nolly Getgood is co-producing with Misha Mansoor). We’ve decided to go a new direction with our music and we’re calling this new genre DjentSlam! JUST KIDDING! Get stoked!”
