Full details have been unveiled for Trivium‘s forthcoming new album “In Waves“, which is slated to arrive in stores on August 09th through Roadrunner. The standard edition of the effort will run as follows:

An additional bonus DVD featuring a 40 minute behind the scenes documentary as well as an intimate concert filmed in an Orlando, FL warehouse specifically for the release will also be featured with the set. The music video for the albums title track will grace the DVD as well. Fans won’t have to wait long for a taste of the DVD content though as the aforementioned music video is scheduled to premiere online this coming Friday, June 17th.
For now, band frontman/guitarist Matt Heafy offered the following on the release:
“In Waves to us… is Trivium. In Waves is the music, the artwork, the videos and the live show; they are all part of an interconnected whole. There’s no question about it, in our eyes, that this is the most complete project we’ve ever done. We think we’ve finally made the record that we’ve always strived to make.”
