Originally Being As An Ocean were set to release their new album “Waiting For Morning To Come” on June 09th. Over a month later the album has yet to arrive and as the band have revealed, there’s a reason for that.

As it would appear, there has been a dispute over the effort between the band and their label Equal Vision. A newly shared tweet from the group (see below) reveals that they are close to acquiring the rights to release the effort with more details to come.
