Sometimes even the biggest bands have a bad day. Case in point, Korn‘s set at ‘Rock In Rio Lisbon‘ in Lisbon, Portugal last night, May 27th. Not only did band frontman Jonathan Davis fall onstage during “Coming Undone“, the band were also met with various problems with power onstage, forcing them to cut the set short after just six songs in.
The problems started immediately during opener “Blind“, with the band leaving the stage for around a half hour, before returning to give it another try. Ultimately they gave up when the power cut out again during a partial cover of Metallica‘s “One” as part of their performance of “Shoots And Ladders“. As the set was being livestreamed, footage of that can be found below, while the band commented:
ROCK IN RIO LISBOA: We had a number of issues w/ stage power & unfortunately couldn’t finish our set. Sincere apologies to all our fans!
