Terror Debut New Track “Hard Lessons” In Leeds, UK, Call The Ghost Inside A “Bullshit Band”
Terror debuted their new song “Hard Lessons” live in Leeds, UK last night, October 23. You can watch fan-filmed footage of that below. The group will release a 7″ for the track backed by the song “Only The Devil Knows” (feat. Anthony Herrera of Take Offense) through Reaper Records shortly.
Also available in the below clip is band frontman Scott Vogel taking a shot at The Ghost Inside. Speaking on their own new studio album “Live By The Code“, Vogel launched into the following rant:
“…It’s a very anti record of bullshit bands like The Ghost Inside that claim they’re hardcore when they don’t even know what hardcore is. Get out of my face, oh yeah, that’s what’s up. We’re not holding back anymore, ya know what I’m saying.”

Ah fuck, I love Terror. They have been doing right for years. So many people piss and moan about what is said in the media, but this is entertaining (ghost inside is a crap band), and been happening in hardcore since it started.
This is ironic considering two or three years ago I saw the Ghost Inside open up for Terror. I thought Ghost Inside put on a killer show, as they did the two other times I’ve seen them since. I’ve enjoyed all their albums, they’re one of the few newer bands that I legitimately like, and every time I’ve seen them I’ve talked to them and they’ve all been nice, humble dudes.
Terror on the other hand I’ve never been able to get into. I thought that show they were pretty mediocre, and the albums I’ve heard from them haven’t been anything that has stuck with me.
I’m the same way I never really cared for Terror. I gotta be honest did not know about The Ghost inside until this year when saw them on Warped tour line up I checked them out on You tube, and dug them. The Ghost inside where one of the top five bands i saw on the bill here for Warped.
Hmmm it seems as if he takes his shitty music very seriously. And he must have separation anxiety because he keeps telling people to move up.
Those 60 people at the show look enthralled.

Vogel seems to like talking shit about other bands. First The Refused, and now The Ghost Inside. Seems he’s trying to make it seem like his band is the only real hardcore band out there. Sounds like insecurity to me…
