The earth’s crust contains an abundance of various types of metals.

        • Nice attempt MyFarts, but try it again with a little more venom. Perhaps call me stupid or call my mom a fag. Let’s do this right.

Earths core, composed of molten nickel and iron, is responsible for our oppositely charged poles. The shifting of this liquid metal causes the constant motion of the poles and is the reason magnetic north is over 1000 miles from true north. booze’s mom is a juggalette and gave birth to him behind a thin treeline on the boundary of their mobile home village. She puts the classy ladies from the Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia to shame.

Booze, while I may often attempt to degrade and make others feel inferior, it is never through verbal abuse. If I am able to help others in making themselves look stupid, then I have done my job.

BlueBalls, I was actually awaiting a reply from you on this one. Thank you for your knowledge, sir.

Correction – verbal abuse is a pretty vague term. I may very well abuse verbally, but I never resort to petty name calling (unless I happen to be making fun of a silly theist, bigot or anyone that generally disagrees with my position on any given matter).

I like prompting some high brow conversation on theprp. A physics class it is!! Me? I’m a geneticist, so magnets have diddly squat to do with my work.

I just hope it helps ol’ Shaggy 2 Dope a little.

No problem Farts. I don’t have the willpower to keep my mouth shut when science is brought up, even though I’m pretty sure booze was just fucking around.

@ Rhinoron. Geneticist eh? Genetics is a difficult ass subject. It’s a good field to be in though because it’s so new and there’s so much left to be discovered. The same is true of ecology. As a natural resources/ecology person, I only need to know why magnets work for the times when the battery in my GPS dies. If I’m in the field with just a compass, I need to understand declination or I’m fucked.

Fan of Fear Factory so…you know what…treat it like janitorial work. Deal with shit, get paid and get out.
Hopefully that Indiana stop will provide them with good booze and hot water.

I have a feeling bath salts will be main theme at this years gathering, so there is a slight chance you might get your face gnawed off as well.

This is funny because last week that Juggalo was on the Soulfly thread about this show talking like “I vow to get band’s you like to play this festival”

I like Fear Factory but I’m not the slightest surprised by this..this is the same band that played MTV Spring Break Beach Ball thing once too…

The latest incarnation of Fear Factory has been a big bag of disappointment…and this is coming from someone who would consider themself to be a HUGE fan.

      • Mechanize is some of the best shit they’ve ever done, dude. I also love The Industrialist. I consider myself to be a huge fan, too… since 1997. I thought Archetype was okay (better than Digimortal), but Transgression was largely a subpar album. Two good tracks I can still listen to. Mechanize was a welcome shit, and I think the heaviest thing they’ve done since Soul of a New Machine. As for The Industrialist, it’s a total return to form to the Demanufacture era, with a handful of new elements and better production thrown in. If you haven’t gotten around to it, seriously… give it a shot. You might be surprised. And fuck this juggalo shit. Just… fuck it.

        • “Mechanize was a welcome shit.” Part of me wants to leave that typo for the hell of it, but I meant “shift”. Erps.

Couldn’t agree more. Mechanize is without a doubt the best album since Demanufacture/Obsolete era. I haven’t listened to the new one all the way through because I just haven’t been in the mood for them lately. It’s on my punch list though for a good reason.

Pretty sure that white trash Juggalo won’t be showing up here again now that it was confirmed that he is, in fact, a fat white trash loser. Not that anyone ever had any doubts, but we have factual evidence to back this up now.

      • All quiet on the Twitter front. I have several graphic artists I know trolling his dick off on a professional level. Apparently even other juggalos hate him. The fat man walks alone.

Any halfway intelligent individual would think to himself “Hey, I have a bunch of different account. Maybe the one I SHOULDN’T use is the one with my real name that also links back to the shitty comic no one cares about that I’ve been trying to talk up the past few months.” He is not that kind of person.

      • I’m a long-time fan of the band and I’ve never seen them live. I also don’t feel like I’m missing anything. A lot of the aesthetic of the music just doesn’t seem like it was written to be performed well in a live environment. And every video or recording I’ve ever come across has pretty much solidified that. Especially the link on here to the Graspop videos. Burt sounds really, really bad. You can’t even hear the guitar, which is more of a mixing issue and less to do with the band’s live presence, but still… not very flattering. Doesn’t make me like the music any less.

        • I saw them in 99 in a small club, touring for Obsolete. SOAD opened the show. I will always remember both bands fondly for that experience.
