Anthrax Readying New Covers EP For September Release
Anthrax have now confirmed just where those covers will end up. Drummer Charlie Benante has revealed that the group are putting together an EP to commemorate the one year anniversary of the groups latest album, “Worship Music“. Speaking with Loudwire, he mentioned that work is still underway on the EP, which is set to arrive sometime in September.
In case you missed it previously, the band are working on the following covers:
AC/DC – “T.N.T.“
Boston – “Smokin’“
Journey – “Keep On Runnin’“
Rush – “Anthem“
An additional cover Black Sabbath‘s “Neon Knights” was tracked for an upcoming Ronnie James Dio tribute.
