Limp Bizkit’s Fred Durst: “Sometimes The Right Decision Is Painful…”
While not replying directly, Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst appears to have at least somewhat addressed the various rants and disparaging remarks made towards him by ousted bandmate DJ Lethal yesterday, May 28th.
Speaking through Twitter today (May 28th) Durst offered:
“Sometimes the right decision is painful, but comes from a loving place. My hope is that good people can make the right decisions. Can you?#?”
Whether an act of generosity or damage control, Durst also put 20 random followers from his social media accounts on the guest list for the bands May 29th sold out show in London, UK, stating:
“Supporters are rewarded with support. All perspectives are relative. Thank you. Really. #staystrong #keepitREAL #believeinyourself in London”
“Alright. Since O2 Brixton Academy is SOLD OUT. I will put 20+ RANDOM LB fans on my personal GUEST LIST for Tuesday, May 29. Post a video!”

Some decisions are really easy though… like when I decided to stop waiting for Limp Bizkit to put out good music.
They made good music?
No, they did not… which is why I stopped waiting for it to happen.
Why does anybody give a shit about anything related to Limp Bizkit anymore?
they may not be capable of writing decent songs …but these guys are one hell of a reality show.
Same kind of people who buy those celebrity mags at the grocery store check-out. Baffling.
Because every sub group of media has a subject that gets unearned attention. Lebron James, The Kardashians, Limp Bizkit, exc.
PRP = Smart
People bitching and commenting = Success for PRP
I just contributed to this… FML.
I realistically stopped being an LB fan over a decade ago, but it was “House of Pain’s DJ Lethal” that got them their early buzz, and that entire tour with Everlast? networking through Lethal.
Honestly though, he’ll be back. I heard these exact same statements when Borland left… twice. You’re a DJ in a late 90s rap-metal band, your dignity went out the window long ago Lee, suck it up and make a few dollars. If a guy as talented as Wes can suck it up, I’m sure you can too.
Exactly. It’s all about holdin’ the gold. We all know it’s not for the music.
