The Dillinger Escape Plan’s Greg Puciato Speaks On Recent Max Cavalera Project Progress

The Dillinger Escape Plan vocalist Greg Puciato has just finished a week of writing sessions with Max Cavalera (Soulfly) and Dave Elitch. The trio were of course working on new material from their long-awaited, as-yet unamed side project. Puciato shared the following on their progress:

“Just wrapped a week of jamming w/ Max Cavalera and Dave Elitch. Long days of deafening volumes. Elitch: “How the fuck do you two not wear earplugs?”. What? What Dave? Sorry, I can’t hear ya, bud. Eventual album really starting to come together. Projected recording date, producer, and mixer almost set in stone.

Details will be more frequent in the next few months. Just keeping y’all in the loop for now. DEP has a new shirt up, go pick it up on our site. My friend and jedi master Devin Townsend just finished mixing his forthcoming “Epicloud” album, make sure you stay hip to that eventual release, no way is it gonna be anything but glorious.”
