Leaders have announced that their final two shows as a band will take place at the ‘Facedown Fest‘ at the Glass House in Pomona, CA on May 16th and an apparent as yet unannounced final Bay Area, CA show on June 27th.

Earlier in the year the following statement was issued in regards to the bands plans to call it quits:

“This year will be our last Facedown Fest and our second to last show as a band. This is a bittersweet thing for all of us in the Leaders camp. I have been through so many members and done so much and it was such a great ride.. but what better way to go out then at Facedown Fest and then a bay area show to end the Leaders era.

We decided to call it a day considering we have so many things going on in our personal lives that require us to attend to them. We all will still do music in some way, shape, or form. I want to thank everyone who has ever been a part of this band, helped fill in, do merch, tell us your stories or let us sleep on your floor.

We will miss every single one of you so much and we want you know to know that we love you. We have made such great friends from touring and we have had our lives impacted tremendously by every one of you who has supported us from day 1. The Bay Area is the place we call family and will never forget what you’ve done for us.

Facedown Records was the greatest thing to happen to us. The last 4 years were such a wild ride & even crazier if you followed us from the AON days. It’s been a total of 8 years since then. They gave us the opportunity of a lifetime and it changed our lives in a way that I am forever thankful for. Jason, Virginia, Dave, and Shannon you guys are the best!

We will go out with a bang and do some local/regional shows before the last 2 shows, so be on the lookout for those. We seriously can’t thank you guys enough for what you mean to us.

Remember that God loves you and is always there for you, that’s all we ever wanted to share with you guys all these years.

Thank you and love your dudes,

Leaders 2015″
