A man identified as William Tarantino has filed a lawsuit against concert promoter Live Nation in regards to injuries he allegedly suffered during a 2012 Lamb Of God show. That show took place at the Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford, CT on November 23rd, 2012. Tarantino alleges his spine was fractured after being trampled by the crowd in the standing-room section of the venue during the performance.
According to TMZ, Tarantino is seeking more than $75,000 from the promoter for failing to provide adequate security at the event and claims to have suffered permanent injuries as a result of the show.
