As it turns out, Saint Vitus frontman Scott “Wino” Weinreich‘s arrest and deportation from Norway this week amidst the bands overseas tour was for the possession of eleven grams of methamphetamine, according to a report over at NRK.no. Weinrich‘s decades long struggles with addiction have long been known, though he had recently been practicing sobriety. Despite his absence, the band have vowed to finish the tour.
