Ice Nine Kills have posted the following video for an acoustic version of their track “Jonathan“. The song has a very personal meaning to the bands vocalist Spencer Charnas, who explains:
“‘Jonathan‘ is probably the most important song this band has ever created. It’s written from the perspective of my good friend Jonathan, whose sight is being slowly stolen from him by a terrible disease called mitochondrial disorder. We hope his story of unrelenting strength in the face of progressive blindness becomes an inspiring anthem for him and everyone out there who faces life-altering challenges.”
