Even if vinyl isn’t your forte you’ll still have a chance to own Faith No More‘s brand new single “Motherfucker“. The group will release that track—their first single single in roughly 18 years—on November 28th as part of this years Black Friday ‘Record Store Day‘ event. 5,000 7″ copies will be pressed for release on that day, with a remix done by J.G. Thirlwell on the b-side.
This is of course not new news, what is new is that Ipecac Records have confirmed that a digital single for the track will arrive a few weeks after the 7″ pressing. The single will be issued via a partnership between Faith No More‘s Reclamation Recordings and Ipecac Records. A new album and a vast amount of touring from the reactivated outfit is expected to follow in the new year.
