Former Alexisonfire guitarist/vocalist Dallas Green (now more commonly known as City And Colour) has teamed with pop star P!nk in a project titled You+Me. The group will release a new album titled “Rose Ave. on October 14th and are streaming the track “You And Me” from it below:
