Primus, etc. drummer Tim Alexander has thanked fans for their support, in particularly those who ‘carried the beat‘ during his successful triple bypass surgery that he underwent after suffering a heart attack last month. Today (August 07th) Alexander tweeted:
“To all who carried the beat during my time of need! I’m home and getting better everyday. I am truly grateful. THANKYOU #carrythebeat”
Alexander is currently recovering and undergoing physical therapy with plans to join Primus on the road again in October in-time for their fall tour.
