Mastodon performed their song “Blood And Thunder” complete with Clutch frontman Neil Fallon reprising his studio role on the track during the bands ‘Soundwave Festival‘ appearance in Sydney, AUS yesterday, February 23rd.
Fan-filmed footage of them pairing up can be seen after the break. Fallon himself commented via his Instagram of his onstage reunion with the band:
“10 years ago four guys from Georgia asked me to sing on a song called “Blood and Thunder.” Little did I know that Mastodon‘s “Leviathan” would go in to be one of the most important and influential metal albums of our age.”
