All That Remains‘ tour bus was hit by another automobile this morning (December 15th). The damage appears to be minor, though frontman Phil Labonte was less than thrilled with the way the responding police officer handled the crash, offering:
“Bus just got hit by a car on the snowy NY roads. First thing the state trooper asks for is everyone on the bus’ name and date of birth. We were all in fucking bed so we have NOTHING to do with this shit. That fuck has absolutely ZERO authority to make that kind of demand. Way to go NY state police. Apparently you’ve never even heard of the 4th amendment.”
