A Day To Remember‘s latest album “Common Courtesy” will now receive a wide physical release on November 25th. The new edition of the album will feature three bonus tracks (“Leave All The Lights On“, “Good Things” and “Same Book But Never The Same Page“) and the previously available four webisodes which captured the sessions for the effort.

The bands Jeremy McKinnon said of the bonus tracks:

“The extra songs are the tracks we couldn’t place on the album, so they were cut. When we found out we couldn’t release it on the same day that we wanted, we decided to just give people the songs extra with the physical form for supporting us through all this. Also, anyone who bought the 13 track original album from us at adtr.com will get the three songs for free!”

The group had previously released the album digitally and are involved in an ongoing lawsuit against Victory Records in which they allege breach of contract and dispute the label’s ownership of their copyrighted works.
