Finch have captured their string of “What It Is To Burn” tenth anniversary shows with an upcoming live DVD/CD that will be released on January 07th through Tragic Hero. The effort captures one of the bands performances on the run that took place at The Glasshouse in Pomona, CA. It of course saw the album performed in its entirety. A trailer for the set, titled “What It Is To Burn – X” can be found below. Pre-orders are also now live at here.
The bands ongoing final leg of reunion shows for the album have the group shorthanded due to the passing of guitarist Randy Strohmeyer‘s father. They said of that this past weekend:
“This is a very hard post to make. Randy lost his father this week. We were all very close to him and this is a major blow to the Finch family. Randy needed to stay home to be with his family till the funeral and will rejoin the tour ASAP. It is Randy‘s request we play these shows without him and not let our fans down. In honor of Randall Strohmeyer Sr we are here to rock you!”
