Clutch‘s Neil Fallon has stated that his back surgery yesterday, September 17th, “went well.” As the singer/guitarist revealed late last week, he was required to go under the knife to treat “cervical spinal stenosis and two herniated discs.” The procedure and its requisite recovery period forced the band postpone their immediate touring with The Sword and Crobot to early next year.
Speaking through his Twitter today (and in regards to the first tweet, last night), Fallon offered:
“Why, yes! Yes it does! The chocolate pudding does go well with the morphine!”
“Surgery went well. Back at home. Morphine’s worn off.
Last tweet…not so much haha hehe now.”“Thanks for so many well wishes and I will see you all down the road.”
