A report on Sandiegoreader.com has word that As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis will be back in court this Friday, August 02nd. Lambesis is expected to request the return of unspecified items which were seized by law enforcement officials during their investigation of him.
Lambesis is currently out on bail in relation to his murder-for-hire case in which he allegedly hired a hitman to murder his estranged ex-wife, Meggan Lambesis. A preliminary hearing is expected to be held in September.
Tim had previously pled not guilty to a charge of “solicitation to commit and join in the commission of the murder of Meggan Lambesis“. Meggan Lambesis filed for divorce from him this past September.
