Former Cro-Mags vocalist/bassist Harley Flanagan is facing more legal action in regards to violent altercation he was involved in at the “CBGB Festival” in New York last summer. Flanagan faced second degree assault and weapons charges following a backstage brawl.
Having had those charges eventually dismissed; his alleged victims Mike Couls (Cro-Mags, Vehement Serenade, etc.) and William Berardo, have now filed suit against both Flanagan and the festival’s venue, Webster Hall. Flanagan has previously stated that he was acting in self defense during the fracas.
According to a report on nypost.com, the pair are seeking unspecified damages in the case.
