According to sandiegoreader.com, As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis utilized the services of All-Pro Bail Bonds to make his $2 million USD bail. A premium (aka non-refundable) payment of $160,000 USD was made to the company on Lambesis‘ behalf in order to secure bail.
Lambesis was originally arrested on May 07th and stands charged with “solicitation to commit and join in the commission of the murder of Meggan Lambesis.” Those charges of course stem from him allegedly attempting to hire a hitman (who was in fact an undercover agent) to murder his ex-wife Meggan Lambesis.
He has pled not guilty to the charges and posted bail on May 30th. His next scheduled court appearance is on June 26th.
