Trivium singer/guitarist Matt Heafy revealed during last night’s solo acoustic show in New York City, NY that he has a new side project in the works. According to Metalinsider.net, who were in attendance at the show, Heafy plans to release music from the strictly studio project next year.
90’s black metal apparently served as the original inspiration for the project, though it has since branched out into other forms of metal. Trivium drummer Nick Augusto is expected to handle the percussion for the undertaking.
