311's Tim Mahoney & Chad Sexton Launch New Band Sun Will Shine

311 guitarist Tim Mahoney and drummer Chad Sexton have formed a band dubbed Sun Will Shine with Scotch Ralston. The latter is a long-running collaborator/producer, who has helped oversee numerous 311 records and more. Ralston appears on vocals and keys here, with the group having self-produced their debut eponymous track. Ron St. Germain (311, Bad Brains) took up mixing that song, which the trio debuted today, August 27th.
