Per The Hollywood Reporter, Glenn Danzig is ready to get back behind the camera to direct another film. This time around the horror punk/goth metal star is expected to adapt another of his comic book projects, ‘Hellmask‘. Casting is said to be underway already, with plans to begin filming in August. This would be the third time around Danzig has adapted one of his comic book projects for the big screen, having previously done so with ‘Verotika‘ and ‘Death Rider In The House Of Vampires‘. ‘Hellmask‘ falls in the swords and sorcery category, and is expected to feature bloody battles and violent supernatural aspects.
Danzig will be back out on the road come September, having just announced a U.S. tour that will end with a special show alongside Acid Bath at the Honda Center in Anaheim, CA.
