Five Finger Death Punch have newly added a pair of gold singles to their horde of industry awards. The alternative metal outfit’s tracks “Welcome To The Circus” and “Darkness Settles In” have both newly attained that status as of yesterday, June 17th in the United States. “Darkness Settles In” was the fourth and final single to be launched from the band’s eighth studio album, “F8“. “Welcome To The Circus” meanwhile was rolled out as the second single from the band’s ninth studio album, “AfterLife“.
Five Finger Death Punch remain one of the most decorated modern metal bands out there, with over eight platinum certifications to their credit in the United States alone. A tenth studio album from the band is in the works with details about its release plans being kept close to the band’s chest for now.

Outside of traditional physical/digital sales, the certifications factor in digital streams/downloads with 10 permanent track downloads counting as 1 unit and 1500 on-demand audio/video streams from a particular album also counting as as a unit. 150 streams of a song also equate to a track-equivalent unit.
