Californian deathgrinders Cattle Decapitation have given their 2023 album “Terrasite” one final push with today’s (June 04th) launch of their new ‘Dead End Residents” music video. Nox Nohi directed the live performance-themed clip for the song. Current plans have the band entering the studio in January 2027 to begin tracking their follow-up to “Terrasite“. For now, vocalist Travis Ryan said the following of this video and their ninth full-length album:
“We’re now sending ‘Terrasite‘ off to go live with the rest of our discography, so as a going away present for our fans we present to you the ‘Dead End Residents’ official music video that was shot live during our European tour last year as well as some footage from the No Fear For Tomorrow‘ tour. After the Flatline Fest later this month, we’ll be going into a short hibernation mode to finish writing our next album which we’re already many songs deep into! We hit the studio in January, so we’ll see you sometime next year!”
As stated by Ryan above, Cattle Decapitation will be co-headlining this year’s ‘Flatline Fest‘ in Denver, CO on June 15th. That event is being overseen by producer Dave Otero and is comprised of various bands he’s worked with over the years.
