Modern nü-metal band DED have a deluxe version of their third studio album “Resent” on course for a July 03rd release through UNFD. 11 new tracks consisting of unreleased b-sides and demos will be featured on this deluxe edition. “Weapon” is the first of them to see a release, and is now streaming below.

Vocalist Joe Cotela said of it:

“This is a straight-up quintessential DED track, encompassing all of the things the band is known for sonically. Thematically, it’s about how truly powerful music can be. It has the strength and capability to carry us through the trials and tribulations of life — through self-empowerment, reinforcement, or even escapism. Music can raise awareness, unify people, and serve as the safest place for both the artist and the listener to exist freely beyond the constraints of being in a body.”

Bonus songs newly included outside of the album’s original track listing include:

Weapon
Denouncer
Set The World On Fire
Windbreaker
I’m Here To Stay
Become The Villain” (demo)
Get Ready Stay Ready” (demo)
Phantom Limb” (demo)
Missed The Point” (demo)
Colors” (demo)
Wave And Watch” demo)
