Veteran German industrial/EBM outfit have issued another remix of a Powerman 5000 track, this time taking on “When Worlds Collide“. The latter of course was a breakout single for Powerman 5000 in 1999, arriving as the lead single from their platinum-certified sophomore album “Tonight The Stars Revolt!“. Some two decades after finding fame with that song, Powerman 5000 would re-record it for inclusion on their tenth studio album, 2020’s “The Noble Rot“.
With Cleopatra set to be reissue “The Noble Rot” on May 29th, Die Krupps were brought in to remix two tracks from it, including the above-mentioned re-recording and the recently debuted “Black Lipstick“.
