Nü-metal pioneers Korn have shown their appreciation to San Diego Padres pitcher Mason James Miller. The 27-year-old athlete made metal headlines recently, when he walked out to the mound soundtracked by Korn‘s “Blind” during a March 28th game against the Detroit Tigers. For old school fans of Korn, “Blind” was a first introduction to the band, having been launched as the lead single from the group’s self-titled debut album in 1994. It also served as opened that 2x platinum effort.
Showing their gratitude for his musical taste, Korn and their management recently sent Miller a care kare package, with his team surprising him with the below haul of official merch.
