Connecticut grungegazers Splitview‘s “Glare” music video flanks today’s (April 10th) release of their debut EP, “Believe You’ll Be Alright“. That 5-song outing was recorded with John Naclerio at Nada Recording and is now available through Static Era Records. Vocalist Erik Brzoska said of “Glare” itself:
“There’s a lot of self-reflection in this track, notes of heartbreak, questioning faith, not feeling safe in the world, etc. It really became a compilation of the effects of personal issues and worldwide problems. You can say the lyrics are about a personal relationship, your relationship with religion, your own mental state; there are a lot of ways that a listener can take this song in, and I love that.”
