Inferi‘s “Godless Sky” music video went up online today, March 24th. Stevie Boiser, vocalist of the Nashville-based technical death metal band, said of this new cut:
“‘Godless Sky‘ captures the descent into prophetic mania. A mind fractured by the crescendo of our seemingly inevitable race towards self annihilation. ‘In the absence of our deity we’ve penned a new end to the human odyssey.’ Its the torment of baring witness, and the dreadful revelation that you are hopeless to stop it.”
The group’s new album “Heaven Wept” is headed for an April 10th release on The Artisan Era. As previously reported, they’ll also be venturing out next month as support on Defeated Sanity‘s U.S. headlining tour with Organectomy. Additional opening sets will come from Excresence, Scasm and Horrific Vision.
