Philly death metallers Horrendous have a pair of 10th anniversary shows booked for their third studio album, “Anareta” in early 2026. The outfit had the following to say of looking back at that effort now, while also briefly touching upon their plans for their next full-length outing:
“This album was forged during a period of intense inspiration and drive. We were honing our sound while exploring new territory, and felt like we were truly becoming ourselves”.
We are excited to reanimate these songs, many of which have not been performed in years, and to breathe new life into this record that propelled the band down our current trajector. We hope you’ll join us to toast Anareta! We will shortly be entering hibernation to focus our efforts on writing our sixth album.”
