Tigercub‘s Halloween show at the Brighton Electric in their hometown of Brighton, UK saw the British alternative rock trio debut a pair of new songs in “Silver Smile” and “Fall In Fall Out“. The studio version of the latter cut has now debuted online and is available to stream below. This song begins a new ‘era’ from the band, arriving as the first taste of their upcoming Tom Dalgety (Ghost, Royal Blood) produced new album.

That record has been titled “Nets To Catch The Wind” and will be out on April 10th. Once again, that effort will arrive through Loosegroove Records, a label co-founded by Pearl Jam guitarist Stone Gossard, who remains a passionate advocate of Tigercub.

Tigercub themselves went on to say of this this next entry in their catalog:

“‘The Perfume of Decay‘ was the midnight confession.
Nets to Catch the Wind” is the dawn that follows.
Our white-light record, set in the space between dream and daylight.

Over 1000 voice memos, 3 journals, the album written and torn down three times..
Finally rebuilt & recorded live in the same room over nine days at Rockfield Studios.
We lost the plot to find something true.

This is the essence of the band in its raw form.”

In an interesting development, the final track on the record, “Cut The Eyes Out The Photographs“, will feature a guest appearance from Clutch frontman Neil Fallon. Both bands have previously toured together.
