URNE have revealed “The Spirit, Alive” as their latest single from their next album, “Setting Fire To The Sky“. Joe Nally, frontman of the British sludge metal band, addressed today’s (November 05th) debut of the song and its Shaun Hodson-directed music video as follows:

“We are proud to present ‘The Spirit, Alive’, the third single from our upcoming album ‘Setting Fire To The Sky‘. This was the very first track we started writing for Album 3. From the beginning, we knew we wanted this record to feel uplifting; this track became a gateway to that vision.

This song is about hope, the human spirit, and a fire that never goes out – what better time to release it than Bonfire night?! Listen to this loud and keep the spirit alive!!”

Setting Fire To The Sky” will be arriving on DSPs and in record stores on January 30th. Ahead of that, URNE will be out opening Orange Goblin‘s farewell UK tour this December, which will see Grand Magus as direct support. The dates for that swan song run include:

12/10 Glasgow, UK – The Garage
12/11 Dublin, IRE – Button Factory
12/12 Wolverhampton, UK – KK Steel Mills
12/13 Manchester, UK – Academy 2
