An official music video for Filth and Nathan James‘ cover of the Drowning Pool‘s 2001 nü-metal anthem “Bodies” has now arrived. James, the self-described ‘King Of Nü Nü-metal’ directed the clip, which closely follows the premiere of the cover itself earlier this week.
This modernized take on the platinum-certified track will appear on a forthcoming new EP from Filth that is set to arrive through Crowdkill Records before the year’s end. Speaking of putting their own stamp on the song, Filth offered, “No matter what you listened to back in the day, everyone knows this song. This has been our go-to karaoke song forever so we had to finally put our spin on it.”
