An animated music video for “Arise” from Omnivide” was issued today, October 09th, just ahead of tomorrow’s release of the Canadian progressive metal band’s EP of the same name. Speaking of that, the band offered:
“The second single, ‘Arise‘ is the concluding track of the EP, and it fits that role well, being a longer, more progressive track. This song focuses on the more orchestral and melodic sides of our style while still maintaining a degree of technicality and intensity throughout the song. It also has the most clean vocals of any song and is overall the more emotional track, making it a fitting conclusion to the EP as it ends on a very high note in the outro of the song. We chose to feature it as a single because it displays our more progressive and melodic sides, in contrast with ‘Void’ that is more brutal and in-your-face.”
