Reports are circulating that the upcoming new entry in the ‘Battlefield‘ first-person shooter video game franchise will feature licensed music in-game for play over the radio in select vehicles. Per Battlefield Bulletin, that new game, ‘Battlefield 6‘, will boast a large contingent of heavier artists.
Nü-metal stars Limp Bizkit have already been confirmed to have contributed their new track “Making Love To Morgan Wallen” to the game. Now it appears they’ll also have another new song featured, “Battlefield: The After-Party“. That track will apparently be a collaboration with film composer/producer Henry Jackman.
Given the amount of destructible environments in the game, it’s no shock to see that the Limp Bizkit‘s enduring hit “Break Stuff” has also apparently been included. The list of songs said to be playable in the game when it launches on October 10th can be seen below:
- Godsmack – “Awake“
- Drowning Pool – “Bodies“
- Limp Bizkit – “Break Stuff“
