Last night’s (September 18th) opening date of the annual ‘Louder Than Life‘ festival in Louisville, KY saw Rob Zombie revisit the final White Zombie studio album, 1995’s “Astro-Creep: 2000 – Songs Of Love, Destruction And Other Synthetic Delusions Of The Electric Head“. Zombie and his current backing band ran through the entirety of that 2x platinum opus, performing many of the tracks for the first time since 2016.
He went on to finish out the set with a rendition of the White Zombie staple “Thunder Kiss ’65” and his solo cuts “Living Dead Girl” and “Dragula“. Fan-filmed footage from that that throwback set can be seen below.
