Albany, NY-based metalcore band Downswing have rounded the corner on their upcoming new album by the looks of it. The group took to social media today, August 04th, to reveal they recently had their first playback of the record, stating:
“Just got to listen front to back of our upcoming album for the first time. It’s heavy, it’s singy, it’s aggressive, it’s dynamic. This is the band we’ve always wanted to be summed up into 11 songs. Can’t wait to show you”
With the studio time seemingly now behind them, the band will be getting back out on the road soon, having been booked as as one of the openers on He Is Legend‘s “Suck Out The Poison” 20th anniversary tour with Eyes Set To Kill and TEETH next month.
