Multi-platinum rap-rockers 311 are planning to launch their ‘311 TV‘ livestream event this Friday, June 27th at 06:00pm EST / 03:00pm PST. That event will feature the debut the official music video for their song “Friend” off their latest album, “Full Bloom“. Along with that will be vintage footage filmed during the era of the band’s 1995 self-titled album. You can catch that stream via blue.311.com.
Meanwhile, freshly landing on digital service providers from the band is “90s Throwback EP: Vol 2“. Appearing on that effort is the self-titled album hit “Down” as well as mid 90s live performances of “All Mixed Up” and “T&P Combo“. The first entry in that series saw a release in late May.
July 11th will see the release of a 30th anniversary pressing of their aforementioned self-titled album, while the band are also paying homage to that cornerstone record for them during their ongoing summer tour with Badflower & Sitting On Saturn:
